Subject: [PATCH] CHROMIUM: v4l2: add finalized upstream V4L2 VP9 stateless
controls
Add the official stable VP9 stateless controls so Chromium can use them.
The controls are up-to-date as of commit b88dbe38dca8 ("media: uapi: Add
VP9 stateless decoder controls"), the last commit to touch the VP9
stateless controls before the v5.17-rc1 release.
This simply makes the control definitions available to userspace. It is
up to the individual userspace components to switch over.
