| This patch adds the shell script to generate tensorflowlite.pc. |

| With the tensorflowlite.pc installed, we can use |
| `pkg-config tensorflowlite --libs --cflags` to get the -I and -l |
| arguments that are useful for compiling with the tflite library. |
