cr50 suite: add the servo dependency to tests that need it
firmware_Cr50USB, firmware_Cr50Update, firmware_UpdateScriptStress, and
firmware_FWMPDisableCCD all use servo, but none of their control files
had the servo dependency. This change adds the dependency so the tests
can be run in the lab
