autotest: Ensure we don't regress LVDS downclocking on stout/parrot
We've added LVDS downclocking support for stout & parrot, ensure
we don't regress it.
BUG=none
TEST=by hand, run the test (note that the test fails because fbc is disabled, but passes for the rest)
