power: Fix Fuzzer test with AmbientLightSensorDelegate

Fixes <6a598f040785> (power: Modify AmbientLightSensor and Add
AmbientLightSensorDelegate)

This commit updates AmbientLightSensorFuzzer with
AmbientLightSensorDelegate.

TEST=builds and run fuzzer test: powerd_als_fuzzer
