This module generates update payloads in parallel using the devserver. After
running this module, test payloads are generated and left in the devserver
cache. In addition, this module produces a serialized dictionary stored
with the target image that contains a mapping from the update payload name

used by other testing scripts i.e. au_test_harness, to locate and use these
payloads for testing in virtual machines.
