autotest: Remove logging_GenerateCrashFiles. logging_GenerateCrashFiles is redundant with crash.User, crash.KernelCrash.mock_consent, and ui.ChromeCrashLoggedIn*. It is also a source of instability (see linked bug) and doesn't provide additional signal beyond the above-mentioned tast tests.
