Revert "app-admin/stackdriver: Revert save container_name in logs"
This (functionally) reverts commit f862ff83384a0fbc4476743c349c72c2915deb71.
Note: this does not directly revert the commit, rather it reverts the
functionality (directly reverts fluentd-lakitu.conf and daemon.json),
and makes the appropiate revision changes to ebuild symlinks.
Reason for revert: Original reason for revert was resolved. (See
b/181299443#comment11 for reason, b/171583953 for fix.)

TEST=presubmit, validation tests, manually check behavior
RELEASE_NOTE=Stackdriver logs now record Docker container names by default.
