isort: upgraded package to upstream
Upgraded dev-python/isort to version 5.8.0 on amd64
Note: isort is compatible with Python 3.6, but this was not reflected
in the upstream Gentoo package. I modified the PYTHON_COMPAT to
accomidate this. No other changes were made.

TEST=sudo emerge dev-python/isort
"isort --version" reports 5.8.0
