ffmpeg: upgraded package to upstream Upgraded media-video/ffmpeg from 4.4-r1 to a later 4.4-r1 that includes a bugfix for https://bugs.gentoo.org/820095, a bug I filed that affected chrome OS. Also upgrade the flag-o-matic eclass to the latest version that does not make eapi 4 unsupported, to get access to the test-flags-CCLD method.
