eclass-overlay: remove cicerone-client and seneschal-client
Concierge is passing a file descriptor to seneschal to use for starting
9P server, thus eliminating the need for a special group.
The only client of cicerone that uses the unix domain socket is crosvm,
so the socket ownership was adjusted to be vm_concierge:crosvm, thus
making cicerone-client unnecessary.
