net-fs/samba: Uprev to 4.11.13 on amd64, arm, arm64
No new patches have been added and no patches have been removed.
The following ebuild changes (against portage-stable) have been kept:
- Added 'perl' USE flag
- Added libaio CDEPEND
- Added libgcrypt CDEPEND
- Added iniparser CDEPEND
- Moved cmocka from DEPEND into CDEPEND
- Moved python-dev/subunit CDEPEND out from upstream's
python_gen_cond_dep block
- Decoupled talloc/tevent/pdb python version constraint
- Moved addns CDEPENDS out from upstream's python_gen_cond_dep block
- Added '--without-regedit' configure flag
- Added '--with-libiconv="${SYSROOT}/usr"' configure flag
- Removed --systemd-install-services configure flag
- Removed --with-systemddir="$(systemd_get_systemunitdir)" configure
flag
- Added 'KRB5_CONFIG' environment variable
- Added 'python? ( ldap )' REQUIRED_USE
- Added "${SYSROOT}" to "cp /usr/include/tevent_internal.h"
- Removed 'keepdir' calls from multilib_src_install
- Removed dosym / added systemd links in multilib_src_install
- Added pruning of empty /usr/lib dirs in multilib_src_install
The following additional changes have been made:
- Added [${MULTILIB_USEDEP}] to gnutls-3.2.0 CDEPEND statement
to align it with upstream
- Removed [${MULTILIB_USEDEP}] to ncurses:0= CDEPEND statement
to align it with upstream
- Added DISTCC_DISABLE=1 to pkg_setup() to align with upstream

TEST=emerge-nami samba && emerge-kevin samba && emerge-kevin64 samba
TEST=Build/deploy to nami, mount a guest accessible (ie. no username
or password) SMB share using the Files app, browse it, create a
file, create a directory, delete a file.
TEST=Mount a Kerberos authenticated share using SSO on an enterprise
enabled device, browse via Files.app, create directory, copy a
file, delete the directory.
