modemmanager-next: update udev rule to ignore AT channel on FM101
The Fibocom FM101 modem exposes 1 MBIM ports and 3 AT channel TTYs.
The modemfwd uses the AT channels to detect/update the modem firmware
version. Sometimes, the ModemManager AT channel handling conflicts with
modemfwd. So ignore them in ModemManager as they are not useful there.
