lakitu_defconfig: Enable CONFIG_ARM_CCA_GUEST on arm64

As a consequence of the Kconfig dependencies/defaults:
- CONFIG_TSM_REPORTS and CONFIG_TSM_GUEST are selected.
- CONFIG_CONFIGFS_FS changes from m to y (selected by TSM_REPORTS),
  matching x86_64.
- CONFIG_VMGENID=y (default y under VIRT_DRIVERS), matching x86_64.

RELEASE_NOTE=Enabled CONFIG_ARM_CCA_GUEST in the Linux kernel for ARM64 to support guest attestation on Arm CCA Confidential VMs.
