Update kernel to tip of 'cos/main-R109-cos-6.1'

BUG=b/424527079
TEST=presubmit
RELEASE_NOTE=Updated the Linux kernel to v6.1.141. This includes
mitigations for CVE-2024-28956, which may negatively impact the
performance of Intel machine types.
