xfstest.config: Enable NFS configurations by default.
In COS kernel NFS configs are enabled as module, when xfstest kexec into
the test kernel, the NFS modules are not loaded. This is causing NFS
mount to fail. This change is only applied while compiling the kernel to
test xfstests.
