google-osconfig-agent: upgrade google.golang.org/grpc to v1.79.3 to fix CVE-2026-33186

Upgrade google.golang.org/grpc dependency to v1.79.3 in e2e_tests to resolve CVE-2026-33186 in app-admin/google-osconfig-agent.
