Apply grpc CVE-2026-33186 fix and vendor Go modules for 20260119.00

Fold 20260119.00-patch-grpc-version.patch (bumping google.golang.org/grpc
to v1.79.3 and golang.org/x/{crypto,oauth2,sys}) and commit go mod vendor
output so the 9999 live ebuild builds with -mod=vendor across all
milestones.
