Revert "config: exynos: Turn on the fdt controlled serial driver"

TEST=With this CL on daisy EVT1 board, there are two cases:
1.Get a error message waiting for UART boot if there is no
uboot on SPI.
2.Boot from SPI if there is uboot on SPI.
