arm: tegra2: seaboard: Enable CRC32 v option
The cros_write_firmware has updated flash script command 'crc32' with -v
option. To support this change, u-boot needs to be built with
CONFIG_CRC32_VERIFY for seaboard.
BUG=none
TEST=run cros_write_firmware with local build u-boot.
