buildbot_utils: change method to get buildbucketid
The infrastructure team changed the output of cros tryjob, we need
to change accordingly to get the buildbucketid from the output.
BUG=none
TEST=ParseTryjobBuildbucketId can get the buildbucketid from the new
output.
