toolchain: Increase number of iterations in toolchain nightly tests.

This patch explicitly set the number of iterations in toolchain
nightly tests, instead of using default values. We are experimenting
to see if this helps our nightly tests.

This patch should only affects Chrome OS toolchain team.

BUG=chromium:939432
TEST=Will be tested in toolchain nightly tests.
