Fixed several warnings reported by pylint.
Fixed most of warnings in command_executer.py.
There are a couple that are harder to fix and will require changes
in many files.
Was doing this to get an idea of how difficult would it be to
fix all the warnings in toolchain-utils directory.

TEST=Ran some benchmarks afterwards.
