update_kernel_afdo: Fix configuration reading

When the script is running with the absolute path it has to read the
relative path of the config file.
If the script is running for multiple channels reset branch dependent
vars on every channel.

TEST=tested on chrotomation with command line from cronjob invocation

toolchain-utils

Various utilities used by the ChromeOS toolchain team.

Note

To run Python scripts in this directory, first run:

export PYTHONPATH=$(readlink -f .):$PYTHONPATH

from this directory.

Then you can run any script.

To get help on any script, type in python <script> --help, or refer to the header of the script for more information.
