auto_delete_nightly_test_data: enhance telemetry file deletion

The output of this function was unhelpful. Much like previous CLs
changing this file, this CL seeks to make the output more helpful (and
make the removal more resilient to transient errors).

Functionally, this also means we'll wait a day before removing these
subdirectories. This doesn't seem inherently bad.

toolchain-utils

Various utilities used by the ChromeOS toolchain team.

Note

To run Python scripts in this directory, first run:

export PYTHONPATH=$(readlink -f .):$PYTHONPATH

from this directory.

Then you can run any script.

To get help on any script, type in python <script> --help, or refer to the header of the script for more information.
