CHROMIUM: i915: update GuC to v70.36.0 for TGL UAPI compatibility version 1.17.0 Update to latest recommended GUC firmware for TGL, sourced from commit 36d0c64694dcee6cf49654f430ab70c22dd647d8 https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git main TODO(b/424586094): update ADL-P, DG1, DG2, MTL fw and revert this to take above commit as UPSTREAM.
