CHROMIUM: mb/google/kahlee: set DA7219 mic detect threshold to 200ohms
Some headset mics have a lower DC impedance and cannot be detected
with 500ohms threshold. Lower this value to support such headsets.
The ToT counteraprt is CL:5125981 while it has different codebase so we need another CL for the firmware branch.
