Revert "UPSTREAM: mb/google/fizz: Enable VMX"
This reverts commit 55bacd7192b72b091c2ecf99c1dbafdac7c3d4aa.
Reason for revert: Enabling i2c0/2 causes b/78220865. We need to revert the patches between 113 and 116 to create a new 113 minus i2c0/2.
