[autotest] Check in run-board-inventory into the tree.
This changes checks in the run-board-inventory and
board-status-summary scripts into contrib.
board-status-summary supplies the status of the different boards
in the lab. run-board-inventory invokes board-status-summary and
sends the output as an email.
