factory_StressTest: Log more info about battery
Add battery charging status and charging current to log so that we can
analyze battery charging process. Also disable failing the test due to
battery readings.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:10326
TEST=Run graphic test and stress test. Check battery status and current
are logged.
