contrib: Remove arm_trusted_firmware_uprev
The arm_trusted_firmware_uprev script directly pushes to cros/master.
Now we are changing to the solution of uploading "merge commit" CLs to
Gerrit, a separate script firmware/uprev_atf is introduced in
CL:6845318. Therefore, remove the deprecated script.
