intel_sync: update branch variable to use CHROMIUM_BRYA_FW_ROOT
Point the script to the brya firmware branch location instead of top of
tree main branch locations.

TEST='intel_sync rpl fsp RPL.4801.00' and verify it is changing the fsp
folder in the brya firmware branch and not the fsp folder in the main
branch.
