cros_bundle_firmware: use new 'sf update' command
This adds an option to use 'sf update' instead of 'sf read' and 'sf write', to speed up flashing of SPI where possible.
It also provides for verify to be optional, since I have never seen it fail and
it now takes close to half the time.

TEST=run on Aebl, restart and check that it boots
