cros_bundle_firmware: Use 'okay' instead of 'ok' for fdt status

Since 'okay' is more correct, and U-Boot requires it, use this instead
of the shortened 'ok'.

BUG=chrome-os-partner:7969
TEST=manual:
build and boot on link with --add-node-enable console <0 or 1> and see
that the serial console is disabled when 0 it used, and enabled when
1 is used.
