Tools: Add synchronization of private coreboot repo from Intel
For early development, Intel/Google collaborates using a private fork
of coreboot. This script now allows one to synchronize to a tag or
main branch of the Intel tree.

TEST=Validated that synchronization of FSP didn't break and that the
sync of ADL tree is working (see chromium-internal:3216944)
