cros_unibuild_convert: add customization-id and whitelabel-tag to generated config
customization-id is required on Eve, as it's used for device-specific
help content, and Eve has values from VPD here before the
customization-id was deprecated.
Add whitelabel-tag while we are at it.

help content in the help app
