build_kernel_image: Revert "Add tpm_tis module configuration options in preparation for linking with kernel"

This reverts commit 195aebeaea383efe42cfe05435db03766c941343.

On systems running recent kernels, the tpm command line options
"tpm_tis.force=1 tpm_tis.interrupts=0" result in the following (or
similar) error messages when booting the kernel.

tpm_tis tpm_tis: IRQ index 0 not found
tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -5
tpm tpm0: tpm_relinquish_locality: : error -1
tpm_tis tpm_tis: 1.2 TPM (device-id 0xFFFF, rev-id 255)
tpm tpm0: tpm_try_transmit: send(): error -5
tpm tpm0: A TPM error (-5) occurred attempting to determine the timeouts
tpm tpm0: tpm_relinquish_locality: : error -1
tpm_tis: probe of tpm_tis failed with error -5

Let's drop it.
