scripts: Remove call to switch_to_strict_mode My change in https://gerrit.chromium.org/gerrit/19795 had removed the "set -e", but https://gerrit.chromium.org/gerrit/17225 re-enabled it -- presumably because that was originally written when the "set -e" was still there. The strict mode causes the script to exit when sym_upload fails (which is often).
