dut.sh: remove, as functionality has been replaced
Functionality for the last bit of code in the provingground/firmware
directory has been replaced by fw_dut_info (available in the SDK), hence
this change removes it. dut.sh was the only thing justifying the
existence of the firmware directory, so this also effectively removes
the firmware directory (since git doesn't track dirs).
