license: trim unused licenses
Nothing in the tree uses these, so delete them to prevent users
from showing up. These were imported in bulk from Gentoo, but
they have much laxer guidelines for acceptable licenses than us.
If a new package needs a license in the future, it can go through
explicit review at that time.
NB: The licenses left over are largely due to them being in use,
or Gentoo having done a limited audit and finding that they are
"free software" licenses. It doesn't mean that every one in
here is free to be used by any new package.
