Update gnome2 and gnome2-utils eclass to the latest
Update gnome2 to 1.122 and gnome2-utils to 1.31
CL 60581 (to update pango) depends on this change. Instead of
patching the ebuild file in the CL, we update gnome2.eclass
to delete *la files with gnome2_src_install.
