factory_installer: Install upstart jobs to /usr/share
Factory shim might have the same upstart jobs that will overwrite the
original one. We cannot install to /etc/init due to Portage file
collision, so we install them to /usr/share/factory_installer/init
first, then override them in factory_bootstrap.sh.
