Don't run VM and unit tests on parrot_ivb.
Since parrot_ivb is built as part of the parrot-release-group builder,
we are already running very similar VM and unit tests on the same
machine. There is no need to run them twice.
We still run hardware tests, since the hardware is different between
parrot and parrot_ivb.
