master.chromeos.release: Mark readonly. Mark the master.chromeos.release bucket read only, since the waterfall is going away. This should allow us to keep reading information about existing builds, while confirming that we don't create new ones. This branch contains chromeos-chromite configurations for chrome-infra services.
It is DEPRECATED, and only used for buildbot integration buckets/scheduling. See crbug.com/718230 for details.
Please prefer the chromiumos and chromeos projects where possible.
