Update checkpatch to the one from 2.6.38. This makes sure that we have the checkpatch from kernel-next. Should be fine for checking patches even against 2.6.37 or even 2.6.32. Change-Id: I8e737ec83976858b6c25062b9eead42d15bf89e8
