Revert "Upgrade to new Cypress FW 2.15 for Daisy"
This reverts commit eb3ab997b6bfb2d705dbc95cc1326b01a4bdc42a.
We found that this new firmware was miscalibrating and making the
touchpad unusable.
The ebuild is using version number 1.15-r3 since we need a higher
version number for the build system. It actually installs version
1.12.
BUG=chromium:380338
TEST=manual testing required. Check firmware version after installing
and rebooting.
