Shyvana-m/Leona: update the EQ/DRC setting
Update dsp file for Shyvana-m and Leona separately.

TEST=emerge-rammus chromeos-bsp-rammus chromeos-config-bsp-rammus chromeos-config
Check /etc/cras/shyvana-m/ and /etc/cras/leona, and the dsp.ini had
updated correctly.
