octopus: sof-topology: Uprev topology for all platforms
This change brings in the fixes for the channel count bug that is being
observed across all platforms where headphones and speakers can play 4
channels worth of data

TEST=run emerge-octopus sof-topology then deploy to a octopus device and
verify both topology files are present
