lakitu: systemd: Fix mount edge case causing zombie units Backport the fix for https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/7798. BUG=b:71547507 TEST=trybot, systemd-232 test suite, and tried to repro the issue with this patch. RELEASE_NOTE=Backported the fix for https://github.com/systemd/systemd/issues/7798 in systemd.
