chromeos-bsp-daisy: add WiMAX device to autosuspend whitelist
Add the GCT Semiconductor WiMAX device VID/PIDs to the USB autosuspend
whitelist.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:15242
TEST=Power the system on battery and then verify that:
`cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2.1/power/control` returns "auto"
`cat /sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2.1/power/autosuspend" returns "2"
where /sys/bus/usb/devices/1-2.1 is the WiMAX device.
